Fast Food?


So I regularly enjoy challenging myself with different stupid things. For example, in the month of April I gave up pop and cheese (both I was extremely addicted to). It was hard but worked out well. So out of boredom I have decided to challenge myself to giving up fast food for the month of July. A friend of mine is also giving up fast food for a month so I am sure he can make me dinner on the daily. If any of you out there know me, you know that I love fast food. I work 2 jobs and it is hard to find time to make a sensible breakfast, lunch and dinner for the next day. Don't get me wrong, I only eat fast food a few times a week but it is still too much.

So these are the rules:

1. Fast food includes:
- "Healthy" fast food (subway, salads from fast food restaurants)
- Treats from Starbucks or Timmy's
- All the regular fast food joints (McDonalds, A&W, ect..)

2. Fast food does not include:
- Coffee
- Salad and Sandwhich bars (Co-op or Safeway)
- Sit down restaurants (Moxies, Joey Tomatoes, ect...)

3. No cheating
4. No excuses
